Bailian Chenggang (Shandong) Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in the Canal Economic Development Zone, Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province. The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a construction area of 13,500 square meters. We mainly produce steel castings for railway and engineering machinery, including more than 200 varieties such as axle boxes, guide frame seats, sprockets, idlers and steering knuckles. Our products are mainly supplied to large domestic and foreign manufacturers including CRRC, Takeuchi, Sany Heavy Industry and Zoomlion. The company adopts the lost foam shell casting process, which is different from the traditional lost foam process. We use white foam patterns, repeatedly coat and dry them with self-developed silica sol coating, then place them into a furnace at 900°C. After the foam pattern is completely vaporized to form a hollow shell, the mold is packed and subjected to negative pressure pouring. This composite process combines lost foam casting and silica sol investment casting. It produces castings with excellent surface quality, significantly better internal quality than traditional lost foam casting, and much lower cost than silica sol investment casting. The company attaches great importance to learning and R&D. We have carried out advanced upgrades and transformations of equipment, and continuously optimized all production details. With years of experience, we specialize in producing high-standard and complex steel castings. At present, our annual production capacity reaches 8,000 tons. We focus on manufacturing alloy steel and carbon steel castings ranging from 15 kg to 1,500 kg in weight.
